1• REGISTRATION DETAILS

How it works?
- Click on “Registration” in the menu to be redirected to Amilia.com, our online registration platform. We invite you to create a user account to register your child.
- It is important to provide us with all the information requested.

• Modification of registration:
You can request a registration modification before the start of the camp or during the summer. To do so, please contact us during our office hours by email at [email protected].
You can change programs or weeks depending on availability. Fees may apply if you choose a more expensive program.
To help you choose programs and camp weeks, consult the program schedule and rates. The pricing grid for summer 2026 is not available.
• Refund policy:
All refund requests must be made in writing by completing the refund request form available online.
The form must be received at least 10 days before the start of the session for which you wish to be reimbursed, otherwise, the reimbursement cannot take place. We only reimburse full weeks.
A 10% non-refundable administration fee applies to all cancellations.
2• LOGISTICS

To ensure participant safety and to optimize attendance management and departures. You must complete your profile on Amilia.com
• Arrivals:
From 8:45 to 9:00 a.m., campers are invited to join their group directly under the sign displaying their animator’s name. An email will be sent to you on the Thursday prior to your child’s camp week. Attendance is taken directly by the group’s animator.
• Departures:
We invite parents to pick up their children between 4 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Upon arrival, please present the password to your counselor. Upon arrival, you must scan your child’s barcode from your profile on the Amilia app.
To ensure the safety of all campers, we ask that you complete your Amilia profile at the time of registration and download the Amilia app in order to access your child’s barcode, which will be used at departure.. You will also need to choose a password. This password must be easy to remember and should only be shared with individuals authorized to pick up your child. Camp staff will verify either the barcode on the Amilia app or the password at each pickup.
Directional signs will be installed to guide you. At pickup, anyone coming to pick up a child must present either the child’s barcode available on the Amilia app or the password.
If a third party arrives without a barcode or password, they will be automatically directed to the reception desk, where an identity verification will be carried out.
• Notification if a place becomes available:
If the program you wish to enroll your child in is full, you can subscribe to a notification list. An automatic email will be sent to all registrants on the notification list of the desired program when a place becomes available. You must then register your child online at Amilia.com.
Please note that receipt of the email notifying you of new availability does not guarantee you a place.
3• HEALTH
It is important to keep the record Amilia your child’s health information, wearing a personal flotation device (PFD), allergies and your child’s specific needs. Not sure if your child needs a life jacket? Ask your counselor to perform a swim test.
If your child suffers from serious conditions such as allergies and diabetes. If they need medical or specific attention, do not hesitate to contact us. Come and meet the animator, the health and safety coordinator to tell us the needs of your child. In case of severe allergies, please provide us with two epinephrine auto-injectors (Epipen®).). The animator will keep one with them at all times and the second will be in the possession of your child.
WARNING: Allergies – As some children who attend camp during the summer suffer from severe allergies, we ask all parents to cooperate to ensure that their child’s meals and snacks do not contain any traces of peanuts, tree nuts, or sesame.
5• EXTENDED MONITORING SERVICE
For the Verdun and Carignan camps, morning extended care is included and offered from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
Afternoon extended care, offered from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., is a paid service. Ideally, registrations should be completed on Amilia before Thursday to help us manage staff-to-child ratios, but it is always possible to register your child for a single day on the same day.

For the Hellenic camps, extended care (morning and afternoon) is fully included with registration.
*Please note that a fee of $15 per 10-minute interval will be charged after 6:01 p.m., and must be paid the same day
6• SECURITY
Day Camp Urban Excursion is a member of the Association des camps du Québec and complies with all the safety rules set by the association, including over 70 rules, as well as a minimum of 50 hours of training for counselors, including first aid training.
7• COMMUNICATION
Please note that you will receive a pre-camp email on the Thursday prior to your child’s camp week. This email will include the name of the assigned counselor as well as a reminder of the program selected for the upcoming week.
You will also receive the Parent Guide, an essential document that brings together all important information related to the camp (schedule, rules, procedures, etc.), and which will also be available on our website in the Our Camps page

8• MEALS AND SNACKS
We offer a dinner service for campers who wish it. You can choose between our regular or vegetarian option.
For the safety of our campers with severe allergies, we ask that camper meals and snacks be free of tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame.
We offer meals in collaboration with Gestion GSP / Parc Jean-Drapeau Caterer. Lunches are offered weekly. Meals do not include snacks.
Price of dinners: $59
