All refund requests must be made in writing by completing the the refund request form. The form must be received at least 10 days before the start of the session for which you wish to be reimbursed, otherwise, the reimbursement cannot take place. We only reimburse full weeks. A 10% non-refundable administration fee applies to all cancellations.

RL-24 slips are available on the Amilia platform, an email will be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

Yes, the platform is adjustable and the courses are always adapted to the ages and abilities of the children in each group.

Day camp hours are 8:50 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Childcare is available for an additional fee, mornings from 7:00 a.m. to 8:50 a.m. and afternoons from 4:15 p.m. at 6:00 p.m.
