All refund requests must be completed in writing by completing the refund form. A 10% non-refundable administration fee applies to all cancellations.

Camp Excursion Urbaine inc. issues a Relevé 24 for tax purposes for child care expenses of any child registered at summer camp before the end of February. You will be notified by email once the statement is available. To access it, please log in to your Amilia account, as indicated in the notice you will receive. The document will be accessible in the “Documents” section of your account.

Please note that the social insurance number (SIN) is necessary according to the requirements of Revenu Québec for the issuance of the Relevé 24 concerning childcare expenses. Therefore, if this number is not saved in the Amilia account, no statement will be issued.

Yes, however… Your child can be paired with only one friend at a time at camp. Both must be registered in the same age group, in the same program and for the same week. To request being paired with a friend, simply enter the friend’s name in your child’s registration form on Amilia. It is possible to change the friend’s name during the summer.

Yes. Every Thursday preceding the week during which your child is registered at camp, we send an email containing various information to prepare for the week, such as your child’s name, their program, the name of their counselor for the coming week and our kit. of information.
